Your mission at LINDAL

Responsible for arranging production plan to meet customer demand based on raw material and machinery availability on high-speed assembly lines, Bag on Valve machinery, and injection molding presses.

1. Create and manage production plan to meet customer delivery requirements by utilizing available production capacity.
2. Maintain S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) in line with Lindal Group standards
3. Maintain and utilize MRP to aid in materials planning.
4. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
5. Release purchase orders for raw materials.
6. Assess availability of components / subassemblies & schedule delivery / production of same to meet production schedule and on time in full shipment.
7. Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirement.
8. Confirm sales orders or customer change requests to Customer Service; Adjust production plan and inform Customer Service when promised dates will not be met.
9. In conjunction with QA and Production, review material non-compliance reports for impact on the production schedule, promised delivery date and inventory management.
10. Work closely with and provide guidance to Production, QA and Engineering regards material status and production planning issues.
11. Dozuki processes for new items and bill of materials

Secondary Job Functions
• Part of Global Supply Chain Team, working on various projects as assigned.
• Provides back up support to Supply Chain Team members as needed
