Sales Manager

This position is to increase the value of the customer portfolio in the region by 10% annually by developing new business opportunities, while ensuring satisfaction and continuity of current accounts.
The Candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned region, managing key accounts, and contributing to achieve the annual sales budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase the value of the customer portfolio in the region by 10% annually by developing new business opportunities, while ensuring satisfaction and continuity of current accounts.
- Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned region, managing key accounts, and contributing to achieve the annual sales budget.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with customers, key accounts and aerosol organizations in the region.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities (‘hunter’ profile). Participate in annual budget planning by confirming new sales related to projects.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to ensure high customer service levels.
- Travel approximately 70% of the time for client visits and industry events.
- Spend the remaining 30% on administrative tasks such as reporting, quotations, market analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system or similar.
- Prepare quotations for new projects aligned with commercial policies.
- Meet key performance indicators such as annual growth in account value (existing customers and new clients), number of new clients acquired in a year, new business opportunities developed within existing accounts, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels and timely and accurate quotation submissions.
