Your mission at LINDAL
- Support key accounts (KA) by developing and maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Accountable of meeting the monthly orderbook
- Manage forecasting, orderbook, pricing adjustments and shipments
- Identify current and emerging customer needs, coordinate and lead internal actions to better address the customer needs and develop a plan to execute.
- Support account managers by providing data, analysis, and helpful information to better manage the accounts.
- Lead, Manage and Coordinate communication internally as the customer representative inside Lindal
Must:
Candidate must have experience on managing Key Accounts, ideally in B2B environments
Candidate must have been working with customers ordering against forecast
Candidate must know how to manage forecasting
