This position is to establish, implement, and continually improve the facility's Quality Management System, including the resources and processes needed to ensure that it meets Customer Requirements. Maintain the facility’s Quality Management System, as based on ISO9001, so that it is continuously audit ready. Support on any other regulatory/legal requirements, e.g., ISO 45001, BRC etc.

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or related field and five (5) years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
  • The five (5) years of experience must include experience with Quality disciplines including Costs of Quality, Quality Monitoring, Quality tools and techniques, and Statistical analysis, ISO auditing, BRC Audit training, Six Sigma Training, Statistical Process Control, and ISO9001, APQP.
  • 10% Domestic travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and continually improve the facility's Quality Management System, including the resources and processes needed to ensure that it meets Customer Requirements.
  • Maintain the facility’s Quality Management System, as based on ISO9001, so that it is continuously audit ready. Support on any other regulatory/legal requirements, e.g., ISO 45001, BRC etc.
  • Maintain strong relations with our customers to ensure all product specifications are clearly understood.
  • Deliver on customer quality commitment. Improve Quality feedback. Understand customer needs, specifications & expectations.
  • Ensure the facility remains connected with ECRs impacting the products and processes connected with the site.
  • Work with local teams including Group functions, to ensure successful completion of changes. Identify projects to support the OGSM process and monitor within the OGSM dashboard.
  • Work within a cross-functional team involved in the setup, manufacturing and supply of products to our established customer base.
  • Ensure the facility is equipped with the necessary equipment to support all metrology needs.
  • Maintain the facility’s Quality Management System so that all requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner, including but not limited to internal audit program, control of documents and records, corrective and preventive action process, control of non-conforming product.
