Your mission at LINDAL
Become a part of our Global HR Team. We are looking for a proven expired Global Head of HR Development that is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of global HR Development initiatives and programs across the LINDAL Group. This role involves designing and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Strategic:
- Develop and implement a global HR development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, talent management initiatives, and succession planning.
- Oversee the creation and execution of a global training platform (LINDAL Academy) training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Ensure and review programs are culturally and technically relevant and effective; programs and initiatives are aligned and well-orchestrated across departments and sites.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Implement performance management systems and succession planning that support employee growth and organizational goals.
- Partner with regional HR teams and Management Teams to ensure consistency and alignment of development programs.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand and address development needs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR development programs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on program outcomes and areas for improvement.
