Sales Operations Manager

Your mission at LINDAL
A commercially astute Sales Operations Manager, capable of defining, leading and managing sales process development and sales controls policies. Candidate will be highly versant in ERP and CRM system requirements and processes with a sales background focus. A key aspect of this role is to manage the global sales opportunity pipeline and the monthly sales analysis and reporting cycle by coordinating the outputs of the divisional selling companies. Experienced with SAP and CRM process implementation. This leadership role is site based but involves significant liaison across the organisation and occasional travel to other facilities within a global context as and when needed.
Your profile
Leadership of sales operations systems :
  • To be a key member of the ERP implementation project and lead the commercial work packages as required
  • Drive and manage the team responsible for the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process.
  • Lead other Key Commercial Projects.
Sales Operations Management :
  • Manage the monthly sales reporting process. 
  • Manage the sales forecasting and budget planning process.
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Responsible for commercial process management, process guidance and continuous improvement.
Sales Process Compliance
  • Monitor and manage compliance to key sales policies across the Group
Experience & Competencies: 
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing industry, especially in B2B scenarios
  • Strong experience in sales organizations (possibly consulting experience)
  • Experience in working with international teams
  • Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems, especially SAP 
  • Able to challenge existing practices and procedures and propose alternative solutions. 
  • Continuous improvement orientation
Personal Attributes: 
  • University degree or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, English pre-requisite, fluency in Spanish and or German an advantage.
  • Initiative taker and strong self-starter with a desire to succeed and a “Can do” attitude capable of working in a team and also unsupervised.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Well-developed project management skills, organized, self-motivated and collaborative in approach.
  • Comfortable working with poorly defined processes with tenacity to overcome issues, resolve problems and improve process definitions. 
  • Highly data rational and good numeracy skills.
  • IT literate – Excel, Word and PowerPoint, an understanding of ERP system implementation would be a distinct advantage.
