The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service on all interactions with external and internal customers via phone, email or in person. This individual will work in coordination with the Customer Service Coordinator & Sales Team to support all customer related activities.

Essential Job Functions:
Represent customer service handling daily transactional activities.
- Manage professional communications between customer and Lindal
- Be available via phone, Microsoft teams or email during defined work hours.
- Conduct proper use of communication via company provided phone and computer.
- Pull orders daily from dedicated Lindal customer order email
- Pull orders/change requests from customer portals
- Enter customer order details/changes and create sales order in SAP
- Promptly handle customer changes & return requests
- Provide prompt order confirmations and status updates to customer
- Provide frequent open order Reports to customer
- Communicate with planners/production on lead times and any special customer requirements
- Communicate customer PO freight expectations with LNA shipping
- Provide customer updates to internal/external commercial team members as requested
- Obtain forecast information from customers as required
