Your mission at LINDAL
Our organization is seeking experienced Production Operators to help support our growing business. The right candidate will assist with plant operations by running machinery, conducting tests and keeping quality and safety their top priority. This position exposes employees to a fast-paced work environment and offers a great opportunity for an Entry-Level Production Operator to learn the manufacturing process from start to finish in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED new facility.
Your profile
Responsibilities:
Communicate with other workers to coordinate production
Be able to lift up to 50lbs
Keep accurate production records.
Clean machines and other equipment in a safe manner.
Attend training classes
Read and understand quaity and safety instructions
Be available for weekend OT as needed
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $18.00 per hour (+$1 shift premium)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8 hour shift
Night shift
Work Location: In person Columbus, IN 47201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
