Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts (regionally and potentially global key accounts)
Achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets
Manage, develop and grow a regionally based portfolio of customer accounts
Capable of managing strategic global key accounts within the LINDAL Group
Build strong, long-term relationships with the key aerosol valve customers
Identify new business opportunities and deepen relationships at existing customers
Introduce new products and drive bespoke projects for the customers served in close collaboration with CTS
Provide accurate customer sales forecasts
Maintain a high level of presence at key customers
Implement Group and regional sales, marketing and pricing strategies as requested
Gather market and competitor intelligence to help define product mix and pricing strategies
Work with the LINDAL group companies to promote the full range of LINDAL products
Your profile
An experienced and energetic sales and key account manager with a proven track record of sales management and new business development B2B in the consumer packaging industry, preferably with aerosol industry experience. The key markets served include: Beauty & Personal Care, Industrial & Technical, Beverage and Household applications. An excellent communicator and strong team player, able to adopt a hands-on approach with external and internal customers. A self-starter able to support a high level of business travel regionally in the Netherlands/Northern Europe. Capable of thinking strategically and operating tactically in order to deliver sales growth targets.

Competencies:
Fluency in both Dutch and English language is required
Place of residence Netherlands is required
Proficient in Key Account Management techniques
Knowledge of the aerosol industry and associated products would be a distinct advantage.
A technical or technical product sales background and confident selling technically oriented products is essential
Understands the consumer packaging industry and customer purchasing drivers
Well-developed selling skills and customer relationship management expertise
Proven track record of new sales and business development
IT literate – Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as ERP systems
Data rational and good numeracy skills
Full driving License
